SunPower offers a variety of financing programs for our dealer partners. These programs either assist in financing their working capital requirements or increasing their revenue by offering attractive financing options to the dealers’ customers, our indirect customers: homeowners, businesses and not-for-profit organizations, including municipal customers.

The existing and planned programs include:
• Leases of residential solar systems
• Unsecured loan programs for consumers
• Leases of commercial solar systems
• Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) financing of commercial solar systems
• Rebate and treasury grant assignment programs
• Possible SREC financing programs
• Home equity based programs for consumers

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Customer Finance, Residential and Light Commercial (RLC) to join our team. This position reports to the General Manager of North America RLC. The primary responsibility for this position is to be the voice of the customer in defining the industry’s best scalable residential and commercial customer finance requirements. These requirements are fulfilled by creating North American programs through captive or manufacturer finance programs.

The right candidate will be a well seasoned and passionate finance professional who has rich experience in both developing and launching consumer and commercial finance programs within a billion dollar organization. This person must be a self-starter with excellent communication/presentation skills and a keen ability to multi-task and thrive in a matrix managed organization.
